According to information provided by the Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaisky District, on February 22, it became known about a conflict that occurred on February 16. During this incident, a 69-year-old pre-conscription training teacher, B. K., was harmed by the actions of a student, M. K., born in 2010.
A forensic investigative team was dispatched to the scene after the teacher filed a report of the attack. The student required medical assistance following the incident.
This case was registered under Article 280 "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result, the teenager was held criminally liable, and investigative actions are ongoing.
