The community condemned the methods of "education" in schools
A case of violence occurred in the Issyk-Kul region, where a physical education teacher beat four eighth-graders during a lesson. A recording of the incident quickly spread on social media, causing a wide public outcry and condemnation of corporal punishment.
Officials from the regional police department reported that an investigation is underway regarding the incident. One of the parents of the students filed a corresponding complaint. The incident took place on January 28, around 11:00 AM, at a secondary school in the village of Chyrak. The teacher, J.K., born in 1996, called four students to the blackboard during a religious studies lesson and struck them "for educational purposes."
To determine the presence of bodily injuries, examinations were ordered; however, the parents of the affected children did not file any complaints against the teacher. Nevertheless, the educator faced consequences in accordance with Article 56 of the Code of Offenses.
