The incident was registered in the information accounting journal (IAJ) of the Sverdlovsk District Department of Internal Affairs. The fight occurred at the corner of Elebesov and Bayalinov Streets.
The law enforcement officers brought in M. S. (born in 1994), O. Zh. (born in 1990), and A. K. (born in 1992). They were charged with an offense under Article 126 "Petty Hooliganism" of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic and were placed in a temporary detention cell.
It is worth noting that a video of the incident previously appeared on social media. The fight took place at the intersection of Leo Tolstoy and Nekrasov Streets.
