The police noted that the public outcry arose after a video recording appeared on social media, claiming that the investigation of the incident was inadequate. The department clarified that investigative actions are being conducted in accordance with established norms.
According to the Department of Internal Affairs, the participants in the conflict were A. uulu D., his brother A. uulu M., and T. uulu D. (born in 1998, 1999, and 1995), who got into a fight with 27-year-old A.A. and his friends after a verbal altercation. As a result of the incident, three men sustained injuries.
All the injured were sent for forensic medical examination, which classified their injuries as minor, causing temporary health disturbances.
A check was initiated regarding this incident, after which a criminal case was opened under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Hooliganism." All participants in the conflict were brought in for questioning by the investigative authorities. An additional commission examination has been appointed, and a final decision on the case will be made based on its results.
