According to the police, the incident occurred on January 30, 2026, around 05:00, when a citizen named S.E. filed an official complaint with the district department. He stated that the security guards of the nightclub "Bulki" had inflicted bodily harm on him.

In connection with the incident, the investigative authorities of the Interior Ministry of the October District initiated a criminal case under Article 280 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The victim has been assigned a medical examination to determine the extent of his injuries.
As part of the operation "Bandit," police officers detained two suspects: T.O. (born in 2005) and J.R. (born in 2006). Both young men were taken to the investigative service and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
