From February 13 to 25, operational and investigative units of the police are actively working in the republic. The main objective of the event is to identify and suppress the activities of organized criminal groups, detain those evading court and investigation, as well as seize illegally stored weapons, ammunition, explosives, and drugs.
During the first two days of the operation, more than 30 individuals were brought to territorial departments, whose involvement in organized crime groups is being verified. Seven of them were subjected to administrative measures, and five were placed in a special reception center of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek by court order.
During the raids, pneumatic weapons and their replicas were seized.
The police emphasize the comprehensive nature of the activities aimed at stabilizing the criminal situation in the capital and ensuring the safety of citizens.
