According to information from the special service, on February 12, a citizen named A.A.T. was detained, suspected of providing loans at excessively high interest rates without the necessary permits.
It has been established that this citizen was lending money to people in difficult financial situations, earning significant profits from it. In some cases, loans were secured by real estate, creating a risk of property loss for borrowers.
During searches, employees of the State Committee for National Security seized documents related to about ten real estate properties. A smoothbore firearm of the "Baikal" brand with ammunition, stored in violation of the law, was also found and confiscated.
The detainee has been placed in the pre-trial detention center of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Currently, investigative activities are ongoing to clarify all the circumstances of the case and identify possible accomplices.
