According to law enforcement agencies, the detainee, born in 1989 with the initials M.I., was wanted for committing crimes under articles 228.1 (illegal sale of narcotic substances in large or especially large quantities by a group of individuals by prior agreement) and 210 (organization of a criminal community) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The operation to detain him was carried out as part of the "Bandit" campaign in cooperation with Interpol by the staff of the Drug Control Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan.
During the investigation, it was established that this citizen is a member of an organized criminal group engaged in the sale of drugs through online stores in various Russian cities.
At the moment, the detainee has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
