On January 17, during operational activities, DCS officers conducted a search of a vehicle driven by 35-year-old A.A.K. Inside the car, hashish known as "chars" was discovered. As a result of the operation, two individuals were arrested: 31-year-old T.J.J., who has the status of an organized crime group member and is known by the nickname "Takalak," and 34-year-old T.I.S., who was found with opium in his jacket.
These actions are classified under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal manufacture and sale of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
It is reported that T.I.S. is a key figure in the criminal drug group. He has a criminal record for several offenses, including murder and kidnapping, as well as for mass riots and concealing a crime. The DCS noted that he was supposed to serve his sentence in correctional colony No. 26, but, according to the investigation, he managed to avoid this by creating a fictitious contract with an individual entrepreneur and obtaining a certificate of employment. In connection with this fact, the investigative authorities intend to conduct an additional legal assessment.
The investigation continues to identify other individuals involved in this crime.
