The detention took place on February 13 as part of the operation "Bandit," conducted by the Drug Control Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in cooperation with Interpol and the Special Operations Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to the press service of the Drug Control Service, I.M.M. was wanted for crimes related to the illegal trafficking of narcotic substances (Article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and for organizing a criminal community (Article 210).
This citizen is a member of a Russian criminal group that was engaged in the distribution of drugs through created online stores covering many cities in Russia.
At the moment, the detainee has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek.
