In the department, it was noted that in connection with these events, a criminal case has been initiated in accordance with Article 282 of the Criminal Code, which pertains to the illegal production of narcotic substances and their analogs for the purpose of sale. Forensic chemical examinations have also been appointed to analyze the seized drugs.
Based on Articles 96 and 97 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the detainees have been placed in the detention center of the State Service for the Execution of Sentences.
Currently, activities aimed at identifying other participants in this criminal activity are ongoing.
