The incident occurred on January 31, when a police officer, while patrolling one of the city streets, noticed a young man exhibiting suspicious behavior. During the check, it was revealed that he was engaged in the illegal distribution of narcotic substances through the mechanism of so-called "stash" spots.
As a result of this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan, concerning the illegal production and distribution of narcotic substances and their analogs.
The detainee turned out to be T.B., born in 2007. During the detention, he pointed out the locations where the stashes were made and provided narcotic substances in the amount of 29 heat-shrinkable packages.
The suspect has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing.
