During the investigation, it was revealed that the incident was related to the detention of A. I. by the employees of the Anti-Narcotics Service of the Bishkek City Police on December 6, 2025, when he voluntarily handed over tablets of a potent drug. As a result, a criminal case was initiated under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the interrogation, A. I. stated that he had purchased the prohibited substances from A. M., born in 1995. On December 29, 2025, she was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
It was later established that her husband, N. A., born in 1997, threatened A. I. with an object resembling a pistol, demanding that he change his testimony. In connection with this, criminal cases were initiated under Articles 280 "Hooliganism" and 355 "Threat or Violence in Connection with Pre-Trial Proceedings" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
N. A. was detained on suspicion of committing the aforementioned crimes and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police. The investigation is ongoing.
