According to the press service of the Internal Affairs Department, a video recording of the incident has spread on social media, showing how the road conflict escalates into a fight.
The press service added that the incident occurred at the intersection of Leo Tolstoy and Nekrasov Streets. Currently, work is underway to identify all participants in the conflict, and based on the results of the investigation, they will be given a legal assessment, after which measures will be taken in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The police urge the public to maintain order on the roads, show mutual respect, and warn against provocations and actions that may lead to conflicts and offenses.
