On December 29, an expanded meeting organized by the State National Security Committee took place in Talas. The event was attended by key representatives of regional and local administrations, law enforcement agencies, as well as school directors from the region.
According to reports, the main goal of the meeting was to prevent conflicts and offenses among schoolchildren.
During the discussion, it was also revealed that the State National Security Committee is conducting a preliminary investigation related to the behavior of 7th-grade students from schools in the city of Talas, whose video recordings caused public unrest after being spread on the internet.
