Verification actions by the GKNB were initiated after a representative of the parent committee of the 9th "A" class of school No. 7 named after K. Mendegul uulu, M. Ts., addressed the chairman of the GKNB, Kamchybek Tashiev, with a complaint about regular instances of violence at this school.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the work of state structures to reduce crime and offenses among youth is being carried out ineffectively, which jeopardizes the fulfillment of tasks set by the country's leadership for the upbringing of the younger generation. In this regard, the GKNB decided that it is necessary to eliminate the conditions that contribute to the commission of crimes.
As a result, disciplinary measures were taken against the following officials:
- Head of the Internal Affairs Department of Karakol, Ch. B. - reprimand;
- Deputy Head of the Internal Affairs Department of Karakol, M. B. M. - strict reprimand;
- Investigator for juvenile affairs of the criminal investigation department of the Internal Affairs Department of Karakol, A. K. - incomplete compliance with service;
- Head of the Jyrgalan City Police Department, A. M. - reprimand;
- Vice Mayor of Karakol for social issues, N. A. - strict reprimand.
The investigation is ongoing.
A resident of the settlement of Pristan, Maria Tsareva, addressed the head of the GKNB, Kamchybek Tashiev, with information about the existence of a "system" in secondary school No. 7, where members of this group beat 9th-grade students and demand money from them. She requested attention to this situation.
According to her, the problem became known in early September when one mother living in Moscow told her that her child is afraid to attend school.
