According to the police, on February 27, a video appeared on social media showing a clash between a group of young people in the center of the capital. This incident was recorded by the Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaisky District, after which a preliminary investigation was initiated.
During the investigation, the following individuals were identified:
— A.B., born in 2005;
— M.A., born in 2006;
— M.S., born in 2004;
— U.S., born in 2004.
Administrative protocols were drawn up against the mentioned individuals under Article 126 ("Minor Hooliganism") of the Code of Offenses. All detainees have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
