On March 17, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the supply of cold water will be temporarily suspended in one of the districts of Bishkek. This was reported by the press service of the city hall.
The lack of water supply will affect residential buildings, educational institutions, kindergartens, medical facilities, and other social and industrial facilities.
The water shutdown will occur within the following boundaries:
- Chingiz Aitmatov Avenue 93/1; 93/2; 93/3; 93/4; 93/5; 93/6;
- Toktonalieva Street 139/3; 157; 153; 153/3; 155;
- Tolomush Okeeva Street 39/3; 39/4; 39/8; 39/7; 39/6.
The reason for the shutdown is the planned repair work at the "Airport" water intake.
The municipal enterprise "Bishkekvodokanal" apologizes for any inconvenience and strongly recommends that residents and organizations stock up on drinking water in advance.
