According to preliminary data, the incident took place on March 19 at around 5:50 AM in the area of A. Mamirov Street, near the 'Asan-Üson' store. The driver lost control and ran over the woman who was at her workplace.
The deceased was Batma Madmarova, born in 1959, a resident of the Aravan district. She had been an employee of 'Tazalyk' since September 2025.
Currently, the incident has been registered in the electronic journal, and a preliminary investigation has been initiated, during which a forensic medical examination has been appointed.
The driver, born in 1998, has been detained. He claims that his car skidded on the slippery road, causing him to veer off the road.
The suspect has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
