On March 6, a video material appeared on social networks showing a quarrel between several people on the road. This incident was registered in the incident log of the Internal Affairs Department of the October District, and a preliminary investigation has been initiated.
As a result of the investigation, under Article 126 ("Minor Hooliganism") of the Code of Offenses, an 18-year-old citizen, J.A. (born in 2005), was detained. He has been placed in a temporary detention cell of the district department.
