Employees of the City Police Department were able to identify the individual A.A., born in 1991, and brought him to the district office.
As a result of the investigation, this individual was detained under Article 126 "Minor Hooliganism" of the Code of Offenses and placed in a temporary detention cell.
The Internal Affairs Department of the October District confirmed that work to clarify the circumstances of the incident is ongoing.
