According to the press service, the incident occurred at the corner of Elebesov and Bayalinov Streets.
This case was registered in the incident log of the Sverdlovsk District Internal Affairs Department.
As a result of the detention, three participants in the brawl were taken to the police station: M.S., born in 1994, O.Zh., born in 1990, and A.K., born in 1992. They were charged under Article 126 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic (petty hooliganism).
All detainees were placed in a temporary detention cell at the Sverdlovsk District Internal Affairs Department.
