Police officers on patrol noticed the conflict at 22:58 and intervened. Despite the arrest, the young people continued to display aggression, using foul language and refusing to comply with the law enforcement officers' instructions.
An investigative check has been initiated against the detainees, and this incident has been registered in accordance with Article 126 ("Petty Hooliganism") of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The detainees, 25-year-olds B.D. and S.N., were placed in a temporary detention cell of the district internal affairs department.
