The investigation confirmed that the incident took place in November 2025.
According to the police press service, the conflict at the intersection of Leo Tolstoy and Nekrasov Streets involved two young men: M.B. and B.K., both born in 1997. They were identified and taken to the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District.
A protocol was drawn up against M.B. under Article 126 "Minor Hooliganism" of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
The case will be forwarded to the Lenin District Court of Bishkek for further proceedings.
Earlier, a video appeared on social media capturing the road conflict that escalated into a fight.
The fact of the incident was registered in the automated information system of the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District, after which a preliminary investigation began.
