According to the press service of the First of May Internal Affairs Directorate, this event has been registered and an investigation is currently underway.
Police officers were able to identify one of the participants in the conflict — a man named S.M., born in 1977. A protocol has been drawn up against him under Article 126 (petty hooliganism) of the Code of Offenses, and he has been placed under arrest.
The identity of the second participant — I.O., born in 1990 — has also been established. At the time of the investigation, he was out of town, but appropriate measures will be taken upon his return to Bishkek.
The police urged citizens and guests of the capital to be attentive to the rules of conduct in public places, noting that fights, insults, and any illegal actions may lead to administrative liability.
