The raid involved the akim of the Sverdlovsk district, Mederbek Amangeldiev, the head of the district's Internal Affairs Department, Tilek Tyukebaev, the vice-mayor, Nurgazy Kurmanbekov, as well as employees from various state and municipal organizations, including the Sverdlovsk akimat, East RES, CGSEN, BPES, MTU, and ROVD.
