The recent record set by Swedish Martin Strebju, who inserted 81 matches into his nostrils, has been officially recorded in the Guinness World Records. This became known thanks to information on the organization's official website.

It all started when Martin noticed his children browsing through the pages of the Guinness World Records. They shared with their father their dream of seeing a record of his achievements.

At first, Martin doubted his abilities, claiming that "he cannot be the best at anything." However, while studying unusual world records, he came across a competitor who had inserted 68 matches into his nose.

After that, Martin decided to give it a try and managed to insert 35 matches. This first attempt inspired him to continue training.

He noted: "After the trial run, I realized that I could expand my nostrils without pain."

On the day of the record, his children were by his side, immediately congratulating him on his success.

Martin added: "I strive for my children to see me the way I see my father, who taught me a lot. I try to share with them knowledge about nature, mathematics, and the importance of friendliness."
