
From March 23 to 28, 2026, Bishkek will host the first youth Delphic Games for the member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), as reported by the press service of the city administration.
The aim of the games is to promote the Delphic movement as the main forum for the arts, support the professional development of young cultural figures, and preserve and popularize the cultural heritage of the SCO states. The games are also aimed at strengthening intercultural communication and developing cooperation among youth, creative individuals, and educational institutions in the humanitarian sphere. Furthermore, the project will contribute to the development of event tourism and creative industries in the region.
The event is organized by the Bishkek city administration in collaboration with the Department of Culture and the Delphic Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The games will take place in eight nominations:
- competitive:
- visual arts;
- folk singing;
- pop singing;
- folk dance;
- DJ;
- festival:
- artistic crafts.
The competitions will be held publicly in accordance with established program requirements.
