Forum Program
This year, the film forum includes two main programs featuring 25 films created by women directors:1. "Female Lens" Program
This program consists of 16 films made by women directors from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan.2. "Environmental and Social Activism" Program
This program includes nine films addressing issues of ecology, climate change, and activism. For the first time, a separate block dedicated to ecology is presented within the film forum, highlighting the importance of sustainable development and the role of women in nature conservation.The films presented at the film forum address important social issues such as the status of women and children, disability issues, and environmental protection.

Additionally, the film "Kara. Kyzyl. Sary" by Kyrgyz director Aktan Arym Kubat, awarded for Best Film at the Shanghai International Film Festival (A-Class), will be shown. After the screening, the director will conduct a master class.

About the Film Forum
Since 2016, the Public Fund for Creative Women of Asia has been organizing the International Film Forum for Women Directors annually.The main goal of the forum is to create a platform for women directors to communicate, share experiences, and discuss relevant social issues.
Cinematography remains a challenging field for women directors in Kyrgyzstan, and they need support and opportunities for professional growth.
