According to the information, the construction of wind power plants with a total capacity of 100 megawatts is planned in the village of Taldy-Suu, covering an area of 100 hectares. The construction company has requested scientific data on biodiversity in this region, including information on rare plants and animals listed in the Red Book, as well as bird migration routes, to assess potential negative impacts on the ecology.

Scientists conducted a study of the area and recorded the species of local flora and fauna. All collected data was sent to the institute's laboratory for further analysis.
