The main goals of the educational program for drivers of categories "B" and "C" include:- developing the necessary professional and general skills in students for successful work in their chosen field;

- preparing qualified drivers with in-depth knowledge of traffic rules;
- developing skills for safe and economical driving;
- instilling a legal culture and responsibility in future drivers;
- teaching the basics of psychophysiology to enhance resilience to stressful situations on the road;
- mastering practical driving skills on a driving range and urban routes;
- acquiring first aid skills in case of a traffic accident;
- developing personal qualities such as determination, organization, diligence, and tolerance.

The volume of educational classes is determined by the state standard and constitutes at least 80% of the total time allocated for studying each subject. The professional activities of graduates include:
- operating vehicles of category "C" (except for category "D" vehicles), with a maximum authorized mass exceeding 3,500 kg;
- performing technical maintenance of vehicles on the road;
- transporting goods and passengers;
- operating freight transport, both scheduled and unscheduled, including the transportation of timber, animals, refrigerated and heavy cargo.
