
The classes held at the "Akniyet" center in Bishkek were aimed at developing legal literacy among teenagers.
Representatives of the center's administration and investigator from the Lenin District Internal Affairs Department, Major of Police B. Karabaev, participated in the event. They explained to the young people their rights and responsibilities, as well as familiarized them with the norms of legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the responsibility of minors.
A social worker shared information about closed institutions for minors, such as the children's Voznesenskaya colony for boys and the women's colony No. 2 in the village of Stepnoye. The students learned about the rules of serving sentences and the consequences of offenses.
A total of 21 teenagers participated in the classes, actively asking questions and receiving answers in an accessible form. The investigator conducted a preventive discussion, emphasizing the inadmissibility of offenses, including theft, escapes, and other crimes.
The class took place in a constructive atmosphere, contributing to the formation of legal awareness and responsibility among the youth.
