Taalay Bazarbaev is no longer the ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Italy. He also served as the permanent representative of the country to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, the World Food Programme, and the International Fund for Agricultural Development.

The reason for his release from these positions was the completion of his term in the diplomatic corps, according to a decree by President Sadyr Japarov.

For reference, Bazarbaev was born on January 11, 1978. He graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University in 1999. In 2001-2002, he completed an internship at the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in the USA and Canada, after which he began his career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as an attaché in the state protocol service. In the following three years, he worked at the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in India, and then held positions as third and first secretary in the Department of Eastern Countries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as second secretary in the state protocol service and the embassy in the United Kingdom.

From 2012 to 2017, Bazarbaev headed the protocol sector of the Department of International Cooperation of the Government Office. Until 2021, he was the director of the Human Resources Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and in May 2021, he became an ambassador.
