The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic responded to a video recording by "Radio Azattyk," which discusses the situation of citizen N., who is concerned about her son's possible participation in a conflict abroad.
On December 18, 2025, the applicant, accompanied by a representative of "Radio Azattyk," approached the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic with a request to prevent her son, who had previously been convicted in the Russian Federation, from being sent to a combat zone. During the meeting, she was received by the leadership of the Consular Department, where her written appeal was recorded.
The ministry emphasized that this appeal will be considered in accordance with established procedures. Relevant instructions were also issued to the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Russia.
