The road services continue their work on clearing the Arashan — Chunkurchak route, located in the Alamudun district. This was reported by the press service of the Traffic Safety Department of the Chui region.
As of 14:45, the road conditions are stable, and there is no ice observed.
Additionally, the department noted that the road company has been instructed to carry out additional filling if necessary.
It was previously reported that after the snowfall, there were numerous traffic accidents on the road in the Chunkurchak gorge. This was due to severe ice, which caused vehicles to lose control and skid off the road.
