Vice Mayor Victoria Mozgacheva noted that for the past two years, the city administration has been working in partnership with businesses, particularly with the company "Northern Lights," which is responsible for decorating the promenade area. All actions are coordinated by the mayor's office based on the sketches proposed by them.
According to Mozgacheva, the municipal enterprise "Bishkeksvet" is responsible for decorating the central fountain area; however, all utility expenses related to this are borne by "Northern Lights," including payments for the services of "Bishkekvodokanal" and "Tazalyk."
As for the main New Year tree, about 2 million soms were spent on its decoration. These funds were used to purchase new ornaments and garlands, as well as to replace broken elements.
The vice mayor added that no commercial bank participated in financing the decoration of the square.
