As part of strengthening cooperation in the field of civil aviation, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the State Enterprise "Kyrgyz Air Navigation" are initiating a new project. This project will focus on training air traffic control instructors, including aircraft vectoring and speed control, as well as training personnel involved in flight scheme development.

The signing of the discussion protocol regarding the implementation of this project took place on December 18. Representatives from JICA in Kyrgyzstan and "Kyrgyz Air Navigation" participated in the event, marking an important step for both parties.

The main goal of the new project is to improve the operational efficiency of air traffic management and enhance the quality of route development, which, in turn, will contribute to safety and improved service in Kyrgyzstan's civil aviation.

The signatories of the protocol were the permanent representative of JICA in Kyrgyzstan, Nishigata Kotaro, the general director of "Kyrgyz Air Navigation," Torokeldi Omurov, and the deputy director of the State Agency for Civil Aviation of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kanat Tologonov.
