The new participants in the "Zhubaylar" section are Azim Arbudu and Takmina Vundizova, who live in the Chui region.

Takmina was born in 1999 in Sokuluk, while Azim was born in 1997 in the village of Aleksandrovka.

“I graduated from 9th grade, thus obtaining a secondary education. Currently, we live in Aleksandrovka. I met my husband through social networks, and he immediately confessed his love to me. At first, we communicated via messengers, then he asked for my phone number. I gave it to him. I really liked him for his appearance, tall stature, and kind character — he always supports me,” Takmina shared.

The couple dated for four years and has been married for six years now.

“My parents accepted my choice well. We held the wedding according to the traditions of our nationality, the Dungans. I really like that a Dungan wedding lasts three days: on the first day, we slaughter a cow and prepare kuurdak, on the second day, guests come and we serve beshbarmak, and on the third day, we treat them to Dungan soup. At 11 a.m. on the third day, we take the bride,” she recounted.

The husband's family turned out to be very understanding and kind. Takmina doesn't have much free time — work, household chores, but sometimes she and her husband go out to a café or visit their parents.

Recently, the couple returned from the United Kingdom, where they spent several months working.

“We went abroad because it is difficult to earn money in a short time in Kyrgyzstan. Like many, we decided to go to England. We applied and waited for 8 months. When we were selected, we left. They issued our visas separately, although we applied together. The visas were for different durations: my husband’s for 4 months and mine for 6. This did not create any problems, as we were told that we would return together,” Takmina explained.

The work turned out to be not difficult but quite well-paid.

In the first two months, they worked in a greenhouse, picking blueberries, and then, after obtaining a transfer permit, they worked for a month and a half picking apples. Takmina noted that the work has its price.

“There were difficult days, but we managed and were satisfied with the result. We just returned home and plan, if possible, to go to England for work again. Of course, it’s hard without children, but our parents help us with them,” she added.

In the future, Azim and Takmina intend to save for a house and a car and take care of their children. The couple has two children: the older boy is 5 years old, and the younger daughter is 3 years old.
