Scientists believe that in 5-10 years they will be able to defeat Alzheimer's disease
A group of scientists from the University of Edinburgh stated that in the future it may be possible not only to prevent the disease but also to slow its progression. Moreover, they hope for the possibility of a complete cure for those who are already facing the first symptoms.
However, despite the positive expectations, they caution: due to the complexity of the human brain, it is necessary to wait for the results of clinical trials before speaking about real successes with full confidence.
