As a result, the company "Kortsem," which is a dealer of the Korday Cement Plant and is located in the Zhambyl region, was subjected to administrative proceedings under Article 181, Part 1 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. This article pertains to the violation of weight and dimensional norms for vehicles and traffic safety requirements.
The company "Kortsem" was fined 55,000 soms. Additionally, for damage to the road surface, an extra amount of 70 soms was charged for each ton of overload.
According to the akimat, the cargo was in transit for a Chinese company located in Kazakhstan.
