Considering the icy conditions and other adverse factors, the risk of traffic accidents increases. Therefore, when playing near the roadway, children need to exercise special caution.
“We are engaged in preventive work, but the primary responsibility lies with parents and guardians,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs noted.
