A section of Chyngyz Aitmatov Avenue was opened today in Bishkek, which runs from Semetey Street to A. Masaliev Avenue.
According to information provided by the city administration, four underground pedestrian crossings have been constructed on this section. Each of them is 33.5 meters long and 4 meters wide.
Currently, finishing works inside the crossings are ongoing, and the construction of stairs is also underway.
It is important to note that at the direction of the Mayor of Bishkek, Aibek Junushaliev, the works were carried out during the holiday weekend to reduce the load on transport and minimize inconveniences for the city's residents.
