According to the city administration, in accordance with the social contract, both women were awarded certificates worth 100,000 soms from the city budget for 2025:
— M. Mamyrkanova, a mother of many children with the title "Baatyr Ene," — for business development in the field of animal husbandry;
— K. Sekretina, a single mother, — to start in sewing production with the purchase of a sewing machine.
Local authorities noted that these certificates are intended to help women develop income-generating activities, support self-employment, and improve the socio-economic situation of their families.
The implementation of the social contract is carried out based on the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated July 15, 2022, No. 385 "On Providing Social Assistance Based on a Social Contract," the decision of the Shopokov City Council dated January 29, 2025, No. 27, and the protocol of the city's social commission dated December 10, 2025, No. 14/A.
This project is aimed at supporting low-income families in difficult life situations, and its continuation is planned for the future.
