Organic products from Kyrgyzstan are intended to be promoted in the Chinese market
Today in Bishkek, at the building of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a presentation of the acceleration program took place, organized by the National Association of Cooperatives and Other Forms of Economic Community of Kazakhstan (NACOFEC). This organization, which actively develops export corridors, presented its services to Kyrgyz entrepreneurs for the first time, providing them with the opportunity to directly access China's largest trading network — China Co-op. This was reported by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Representatives of the chamber, as well as specialists from the "Kyrgyz Export" center under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, and numerous entrepreneurs from the republic attended the event.

The main outcome of the meeting was the announcement of the implementation of mechanisms in Kyrgyzstan that have already been successful within the framework of the strategic partnership between NACOFEC and the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives (ACFSMC). This will allow producers of organic products from Kyrgyzstan to secure their places on the shelves of a network that covers 341,000 retail outlets across China.

According to the Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Avazbek Kerimbaev, "The Chinese market opens new opportunities, and Kyrgyzstan has every chance to occupy its niche. Our Kazakh colleagues, with their rich experience in exporting to China, are ready to share their knowledge and assist in creating laboratories on the territory of Kyrgyzstan. We are on the verge of significant changes: establishing supplies to China could become a powerful impetus for the economic growth of our country."

The President of NACOFEC, Kazybek Shaikh, emphasized the importance of integration in the region. He noted that "we brought a proven export technology to Kyrgyzstan. Experience in Kazakhstan has shown that uniting small and medium producers into powerful export chains is the only way to succeed in such a vast market as China. The products of Kyrgyzstan are unique in their ecological quality, and our goal is to provide them with a 'green corridor', starting from certification and ending with sales in China Co-op. This is the first, but significant step towards creating a unified organic brand for Central Asia."

During the presentation, a practical algorithm was introduced, which is now also available in Kyrgyzstan:

● Direct access to China Co-op through participation in the "Shelf of Organic Products of Central Asia" project.
● Acceleration and training: assistance in adapting packaging, certification, and bringing products in line with strict standards of the PRC.
● Financial sustainability: conclusion of off-take contracts for guaranteed sales of products.
● Technological transfer: the possibility of implementing small-scale industrialization technologies (in collaboration with Indian partners) for deep processing of raw materials in Kyrgyzstan.
● A new stage of cooperation.

The emergence of NACOFEC in Bishkek opens new prospects in trade relations between the countries of the region and China. Participants in the event noted that using proven Kazakh developments will help Kyrgyz businesses avoid many mistakes when entering the Chinese market and significantly shorten the path from production to sales.

The concluding event of the meeting was the signing of a memorandum of cooperation between NACOFEC and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kyrgyzstan, aimed at promoting producers and goods of the country in international markets, as well as developing cooperative, production, sales, and financial infrastructure in Kyrgyzstan.
