This meeting was organized in accordance with the instructions of President Sadyr Japarov, announced on January 23. Participants discussed issues related to order in the construction sector, compliance with legislation, and the responsibilities of developers, as well as the prompt resolution of existing problems.

During the meeting, a new methodology was developed for streamlining regulatory acts in the construction industry. Participants also voiced proposals for amending certain construction standards and made a decision to create a working group. The importance of establishing interaction between government agencies and construction companies was emphasized.
The organizers plan to hold similar meetings regularly to prevent and promptly address issues in the construction sector.
Previously, President Sadyr Japarov emphasized the need for compliance with rules by developers. He noted that honesty and integrity of companies should become the main requirements and expressed dissatisfaction with the practice where some developers fail to fulfill their obligations to citizens and violate laws.
