From February 11 to 13, precipitation is expected in the mountainous regions of Kyrgyzstan, which will lead to the risk of avalanches and the formation of snow drifts. Icy conditions will also persist on the roads.
According to information provided by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, the most dangerous sections of roads include:
- Bishkek — Osh: 121-138 km (Tоо-Ashuu Pass), 198-255 km (Chychkan Gorge, Ala-Bel Pass);
- Suusamyr — Talas — Taraz: 1-14 km (Otmok Pass);
- Myzrakе — Kara-Kuldja — Alayku: 55-115 km;
- Ala-Buka — Kanysh-Kiya: 45-112 km (Chapchyma Pass);
- Red Hill — Ak-Tash: 0-3 km;
- Sary-Tash — Dorot-Korgon — Karamyk: 97-98 km;
- Bishkek — Naryn — Torugart: 292-305 km (Dolon Pass);
- Aral — Min-Kush: 1-14 km;
- Balıkchy — Kazarman — Jalal-Abad: 326-349 km (Kok-Art Pass);
- Karakoл — Enilchek: 45-90 km (Chon-Ashuu Pass).
