On March 7 at 11:04, a report was received at the duty unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Moscow district stating that the bodies of two men had been found in a field near the village of Ak-Torpok, as reported by the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Chui region.
An investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene to determine the circumstances.
The bodies of the men were found at the edge of an arable field located about 200 meters west of the area between the villages of Petrovka and Ak-Torpok, along the Bishkek–Osh highway, and showed signs of violent death.
The deceased were identified as D.D., born in 1999, and K.B., born in 2003. It was established that D.D. had been reported missing since March 1, 2026, at the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Lenin district of Bishkek.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 "Murder" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational search activities, the suspects were identified: K.O. (born in 2001), S.B. (born in 2007), M.B. (born in 2005), and S.U. (born in 2006).
S.B., M.B., and S.U. were detained in the Kadamjay district of Batken region and brought to Bishkek, where the court imposed a preventive measure of two months' detention.
The main suspect K.O. has been declared wanted.
During a search at M.B.'s residence in the village of Alga, fake service IDs of the State National Security Committee in the name of K.O. and police uniform with lieutenant epaulettes were found.
The investigation revealed that on February 25, the suspects deceived the victims B.K. and D.D. into a rented apartment in Bishkek, where they were beaten and had money and iPhone 13 and iPhone 15 mobile phones stolen, which were later sold at the "TSUM" and "Berekett Grand" shopping centers.
After the abduction, the victims were held in the apartment without food. On the night of February 26, around 00:30, they were tied up with tape, blindfolded, and taken away in a rented K.O. Hyundai Sonata car along the Bishkek–Osh highway.
In the area between the villages of Petrovka and Ak-Torpok, they were taken out to a field, where they were brutally beaten and strangled. After that, the bodies were hidden deep in the field, and the murderers left the crime scene, discarding the victims' clothes and shoes on the roadside in the area of the villages of Ak-Torpok and Bekitai.
On February 28, in an attempt to conceal evidence, the suspects fled to the village of Alga in the Kadamjay district of Batken region. On March 9, K.O., the organizer of the crime, was detained in the Osh region and has also been placed in a temporary detention facility.
