This week, the members of the Jogorku Kenesh are conducting field events in the regions. During these trips, they are monitoring the construction of social facilities and identifying the most pressing issues that require state-level intervention.

Among the key topics of the meetings were issues such as the acute shortage of school places, accessibility of medical care in remote settlements, conflicts over land issues, and the need to protect the rights of labor migrants.

In the Jalal-Abad region, in the city of Manas, the situation at school No. 3 remains critical: 2,100 students are studying in a three-shift mode with a designed capacity of 600 places.

In addition to infrastructure problems, teachers also raised the issue of fair salary distribution and are demanding a unified approach to the remuneration of educators across all specialties.

In the Issyk-Kul region, positive changes are being observed: modern laboratories for studying physics and chemistry have opened in the village of Orgocor.

In the Nookat district, the construction of a new hospital is ongoing, which is expected to significantly improve the quality of medical services and reduce the need for rural residents to travel to the district center.

Monitoring by the Central Medical Service No. 10 in the capital revealed serious problems: a shortage of medical personnel, technical failures in the electronic queue system, and poor condition of access roads to the medical facility.

Traditionally, infrastructure and agriculture issues have become the main topics of citizens' appeals. In the Suusamyr Valley, deputies initiated the strengthening of bridges to prepare for the herding of livestock to the pastures.

In the Suzak district, residents are asking to monitor the process of compensation payments for the demolition of housing in the area of the international airport construction.

Residents of the Osh and Chui regions also emphasized the need for cleaning water channels, gasifying new residential areas, and providing the population with safe drinking water.

Special attention at the meetings was given to migration policy issues. Discussions were held with representatives of the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) regarding the expansion of legal employment opportunities in EU countries. Deputies noted the necessity of creating new resource centers in Osh and Bishkek for legal support to citizens and strengthening the fight against human trafficking.

In parliament, it was emphasized that all complaints and suggestions collected during the trips will be sent to the relevant ministries for timely response.
