The Bishkek City Hall commented on the situation regarding residents' access to the 'Alga' stadium, refuting rumors about its transfer to private hands.
It has been reported that social media users expressed dissatisfaction over the inability to visit the stadium. Earlier, one of the video authors claimed that the stadium gates were closed and that the facility was being transferred to private ownership.
According to the municipality, the stadium is municipal property and is under the management of the city hall. Currently, it operates under a joint activity agreement with the municipal institution 'Alga'.
The stadium area is equipped with three entrances: central, western, and eastern.
The western entrance is intended for young athletes engaged in wrestling, futsal, and students of the football academy. The eastern entrance is popular among students of the Slavic University according to the agreement with the institution 'Alga', as well as for local residents.
The central entrance for spectators is not provided.
The running tracks at the stadium are open to everyone from 06:00 to 11:00 daily.
To ensure the safety of visitors, certain restrictions have been implemented:
- access to the running tracks is restricted during football training from 11:00 to 19:00;
- during these hours, entry onto the football field is prohibited to avoid injuries;
- during home matches, the stadium is closed for the use of running tracks in accordance with the rules of the Kyrgyz Professional League.
The city hall urges residents to adhere to these rules and to understand the measures aimed at ensuring safety.
Additionally, the city hall reserves the right to take action against the video author for spreading false information in accordance with current legislation.
