
At the prestigious international competition Arnold Sports Festival, held in Ohio, weightlifter Bekdooolot Rasulbekov from Kyrgyzstan became the champion. He competed in the under 110 kilograms category and showed an impressive result.
In a highly competitive environment, where 108 athletes were vying for medals, Rasulbekov took first place in the total of the two lifts. In the "snatch" event, he lifted 165 kilograms, which allowed him to reach the top of the podium and bring a gold medal to his team. Additionally, he was awarded a special diploma as the "Best Athlete" of the tournament.
This victory added the fifth gold medal to the Kyrgyzstan national team's collection at the current festival.
